These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyStoryShelves website at mystoryshelves.com and any purchase you make from it. Throughout these Terms, "MyStoryShelves", "we", "us" and "our" refer to MyStoryShelves, and "you" refers to you, the visitor or customer. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Our Products
MyStoryShelves sells digital products, including digital books, eBooks, planners, trackers, journals and spreadsheet templates. All products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Orders, Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain a pricing error; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Prices and products may change at any time without notice.
4. Digital Delivery
Your purchase is delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us. You are responsible for entering a valid email address that you can access.
5. VIP Membership
VIP Membership gives members access to the digital products in our store at no additional cost while the membership is active. Membership begins with a 2-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged $42.00, and then $42.00 every 30 days until you cancel. By joining, you authorize these recurring charges to your payment method.
You can cancel at any time by contacting us at info@mystoryshelves.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order and we will issue a refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. License and Intellectual Property
All content on this site and all products we sell, including text, designs, graphics and files, are owned by MyStoryShelves or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, copy or reproduce our products, in whole or in part, in any form.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose; to resell or redistribute our products; to try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; to upload viruses or malicious code; or to do anything that interferes with the operation or security of the site.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The site may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any product will meet your specific needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyStoryShelves and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyStoryShelves and its owners, employees and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.
